Please find attached the official Q&A document in response to your queries, along with the Revised Price Quotation Form.

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section V above, along with a properly filled out and signed declaration form and price quotation form, are to be sent by e-mail to Email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than Wednesday, 2nd July 2025 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time.

The United Nations Population Fund Asia and Pacific Regional Office (UNFPA APRO) cordially invites your company/organization to participate in a bidding process for the establishment of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) for the Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services.

For your consideration, please find the following documents attached:

  2. Price Quotation Form in Microsoft Word format
  3. Declaration Form in Microsoft Word format

Should you have any questions, please submit them in writing to Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung at kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org by Wednesday, 18th June 2025 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok time. All questions will be answered and shared with all bidders.
