The United Nations Population Fund Asia and Pacific Regional Office (UNFPA APRO) is currently seeking a qualified company to provide services for 'The Provision of Organizational Structuring Review and Assessment United Nations Population Fund Asia and Pacific Region (UNFPA APRO)'. As we have identified your organization as a strong potential partner, we warmly invite you to participate in this bidding process.

To assist you with your submission, please find the following essential documents attached:  

  1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) Nº UNFPA/BKK/RFQ/26/001 with its annex in PDF format
  2. Price Quotation Form in Microsoft Word format
  3. Declaration Form in Microsoft Word format
  4. Questions and Answers (Q&A) that UNFPA has received from potential bidders

 

Questions and Clarifications  

Should you require any further clarification, kindly direct your questions in writing to Ms. Jarintorn Kiatniyomrung at kiatniyomrung@unfpa.org. The deadline for submission of questions is Tuesday, 17th March 2026 at 17:00 Bangkok time. Questions will be answered in writing and shared with all parties as soon as possible after this deadline.

 

Proposal Submission  

Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section IV above, along with a properly filled out and signed Declaration Form and the price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the email address for bid submission at apro-procurement@unfpa.org no later than Tuesday 31st March 2026 at 17:00 hours, Bangkok Time
