UNFPA Country Offices in Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste are working to enhance the quality of services available to survivors of gender-based violence. The project is facilitated by the UNFPA Asia-Pacific Regional Office and with support from Zonta International.

Building on the strong foundation set by the Phase I interventions, the new Phase II will focus on expanding the services in additional underserved geographical locations in Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste, as well as institutionalising the interventions within government systems for sustainability.
