Community voices are fundamental at every stage of UNFPA programming, from initial design and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. This bulletin systematically captures the views and perceptions of the communities UNFPA serves, including how they experience and influence sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and gender-based violence (GBV) initiatives. Using a set of people-centred indicators tailored to humanitarian contexts across Asia and the Pacific, this bulletin enables communities to periodically assess the relevance, appropriateness and quality of the support they receive.

By placing community feedback at the centre of humanitarian action, UNFPA across the region strengthens accountability, improves the quality and responsiveness of programmes, and helps ensure that assistance remains grounded in the priorities, dignity and lived experiences of crisis- affected people.

This bulletin, covering the period from 2024 to 2026, is designed to support systematic accountability by using community feedback trends and evidence to inform decision- making. It also serves to communicate operational achievements, institutional impacts and ongoing challenges to donors and partners.
