Three portraits of young people from Asia and the Pacific
Manisha (Nepal), Andir (Mongolia) and Dianne (Papua New Guinea): Young leaders who are making a difference

Young people play a vital role in shaping more just, inclusive, and sustainable communities.

Across Asia and the Pacific — home to over 1 billion young people — youth are leading change where it matters most. Young changemakers are building a future rooted in rights, equity, and resilience.

We invite you to hear from three young leaders who showcase the power of local youth actions. These efforts not only inspire, they remind us of what’s possible when young people are equipped, trusted, and supported to lead.

Manisha Thapa - Nepal

Andir Tuvshinjargalf - Mongolia

Dianne Parascos - Papua New Guinea
